The Board Members

The Board of PROSAFE consists of members who have been elected for a term of four years during one of the General Assembly meetings (commonly known as PROSAFE Meetings) to steer and direct all actions of PROSAFE. The Board is accountable and reports back to the General Assembly during the General Assembly meetings and assumes the legal responsibility for the organisation which has been registered as Stichting PROSAFE in the Netherlands.

The Board is responsible for strategic and business planning, financial control, contractual matters, governance and employment responsibilities. The Board may assign advisory members to obtain assistance in any technical decisions that may need to be taken.

The current PROSAFE Board is composed of the following:
