Mrs. Ioana Sandu) by 29 February 2024 - with stamp date being the proof that they were sent on 26 February 2024, one working day after the deadline for the submission of the tender via email.

Background

The JAHARP2022-01 involves 8 Market Surveillance Authorities for Lot1 (washing machines) from the following 8 Countries: Belgium, Croatia, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Romania and Spain, and 7 Market Surveillance Authorities for Lot2 (professional refrigerated storage cabinets) from the following 10 Countries: Belgium, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain.

The objective of this transnational activity is to identify unsafe products traded on the Single Market. The activity concerned falls within the scope of the following regulations:

  • Regulation (EU) 2019/2023 laying down ecodesign requirements and Regulation (EU) 2019/2014 with regard to energy labelling of household washing machines for Lot1.
  • Regulation (EU) 2015/1094 with regard to energy labelling of professional refrigerated storage cabinets and (EU) 2015/1095 laying down ecodesign requirements, for Lot2.
