Next to email, hardcopies are also required to be delivered to the following address: PROSAFE Office, Avenue des Arts 41, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium (Attn. Mrs. Ioana Sandu), by 29 February 2024 - with stamp date being the proof that they were sent on 26 February 2024, one day after the deadline. Any questions about the tender requirements or specifications must be submitted in writing to the same email addresses by 16 February 2024, 17:00 CEST.
Background
The JAHARP2022-02 Pellet Stoves involves 3 Market Surveillance Authorities from the following 3 Countries: Czech Republic, Finland and Portugal.
The objective of this transnational activity is to identify non-compliant products traded on the Single Market. The activity concerned falls within the scope of the Regulation (EU) 2015/1185 with regard to ecodesign requirements for solid fuel local space heaters and Regulation (EU) 2015/1186 with regard to energy labelling of local space heaters.
