Martin Burby has achieved great expertise in designing, testing, and certifying a range of domestic, commercial, and industrial products. His 15-year long experience stems from his research at the University of Salford and his work as an independent consultant for his own company – Inveniam Solutions Ltd.
Some of his fields of expertise are oil, solid fuel, and gas appliances and heat-pumps under ISO/IEC 17025, as well as product certification under ISO/IEC 17065.
Mr Burby has also been coordinating activities covering the Gas Appliance Regulation (EU) 2016/426 and the Boiler Efficiency Directive (Directive 92/42/EEC).
Martin Burby holds a Bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Science, an Engineering Doctorate, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education and Practice.
